On Wednesday, October 3, members of the Grosse Pointe Community are coming together for an Eastside Work Day at Life Remodeled.  The work day is in the area of the Durfee Middle School and Central High School.  Your job might be cutting overgrown brush, mowing grass, removing debris, painting, planting trees and perennials and more.  Life Remodeled provides tools, a t-shirt, bottled water and lunch.  You should wear closed toed shoes, work pants, sunglasses or protective eyewear.  Age 14 and up are welcome.  You may volunteer for a morning shift (9-1),  full shift (9-5), or afternoon shift (1-4). 

Early signup is appreciated to help with transportation.  CLICK to register by September 20th.
